Overview

JiaKe is a macOS app for importing, framing, and exporting Garmin screenshots. The app is designed to process your screenshots and project files locally on your Mac.

Information we do not collect

JiaKe does not require an account, does not operate a user profile service, and does not upload your screenshots, local library contents, project files, or exported images to our servers as part of the normal app workflow.

Local files and device access

When you choose a local folder, import screenshots, or connect a device, JiaKe uses the permissions you grant to read the selected content and generate exports. These files stay under your control on your device unless you choose to share them elsewhere.

Purchases

Pro unlocks are handled by Apple through StoreKit 2 and the App Store. Apple may process payment, receipt, refund, and subscription-related information under Apple's own privacy terms. JiaKe reads purchase entitlement status from Apple's systems to unlock paid features in the app.

Website data

The JiaKe website is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited request data such as IP address, browser metadata, requested URL, timestamps, and security events to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and provide operational logs.

Diagnostics

If you contact us for support, you may choose to send screenshots, logs, example files, or other details needed to investigate the issue. We use that information only to provide support and improve the product.
